Yuriy is a Certified Physician Assistant in Phoenix, Arizona.
He graduated from Midwestern University in 2006, earning a degree in Medical Science and Physician Assistant studies with Cum Laude.
Yuriy has extensive experience in family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine and orthopedics. He has worked in the valley’s most busy emergency rooms and urgent care centers for over 16 years.
Yuriy is well-versed in diagnosing and treating common medical conditions in the comfort of your home. He is dedicated to providing you with excellent customer service and meeting all your healthcare needs.
Glen McCracken, MD, MBA

Dr. McCracken is a graduate of Creighton University School of Medicine.
He is an Emergency Room Physician that has won “Top Doctor” award in Phoenix for several years. He has also served as a President and CEO of Scottsdale Emergency Associates Ltd.
Dr. McCracken continues to practice Emergency Medicine in Arizona and serves as a collaborative Medical Director for YA Medical LLC.
