YA Medical is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner who can independently evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in their homes, hotels, workplaces, senior living facilities, and other locations throughout the Valley.

⚠ This is not an entry-level position

Required Qualifications

  • Active & unrestricted Arizona NP license
  • Active DEA registration
  • National Board Certification
  • Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience (preferred)
  • Urgent Care experience required
  • Emergency Room experience required
  • Primary Care experience required
  • Ability to practice independently
  • Valid Arizona driver's license

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat acute illnesses
  • Manage chronic medical conditions
  • Order and interpret labs & diagnostics
  • Prescribe medications
  • Conduct telehealth visits
  • Provide in-home medical care
  • Deliver preventative & wellness services
  • Coordinate patient care and referrals

Is this position fully mobile?
Yes. Most patient visits are performed in homes, hotels, workplaces, assisted living communities, and other patient-requested locations throughout the Valley.
What areas does YA Medical serve?
We serve the greater Phoenix metropolitan area, including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Glendale, Peoria, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Anthem, Cave Creek, Carefree, Surprise, and surrounding communities.
Is prior mobile healthcare experience required?
No. However, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, and Primary Care experience are strongly preferred for clinical roles. We value clinicians with strong hands-on backgrounds who are ready to practice with autonomy.
Are supplies and equipment provided?
Yes. Providers receive the necessary medical equipment and support needed to perform patient visits. You focus on patient care — we handle the logistics.
